- Resume text & job descriptions: Processed in memory to generate your ATS score. Not stored on disk after analysis completes.
- Email address: Only if you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter or purchase a license key. Stored securely in our database.
- Payment information: We never see or store your credit card details. Payments are processed entirely by PayPal, Alipay, or WeChat Pay.
- Usage analytics: Anonymous pageview counts and ATS score statistics (not linked to your identity).
2. How We Use Your Data
- Resume text is used solely to calculate your ATS score and provide improvement suggestions.
- Email addresses are used to send license keys, product updates, and weekly tips (if subscribed).
- Anonymous analytics help us improve the tool and understand usage patterns.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your resume content is processed in server memory and discarded after analysis. We do not store, share, or sell your resume data. License keys and subscriber emails are stored in a secure database with access restricted to the site administrator.
4. Cookies
We use a minimal session cookie to track your free check quota and license activation status. No third-party tracking cookies are used. You can clear cookies at any time to reset your quota.
5. Third-Party Services
- PayPal: Processes credit card payments. PayPal Privacy Policy
- DeepSeek: Optional AI analysis feature. Only the job description text (not your personal info) is sent for keyword analysis.
